Book a private pasta-making class in your home. Chef Katie will bring all the ingredients and tools to make pasta together.
GROUP CLASS OPTIONS
Private Pasta Cooking Class
1.5 hours, $60/Person, 2-12 People depending on space
Chef Katie will provide ingredients and tools. After the lesson, she will leave you with your noodles to either take home in a pasta box for each person, or you can continue on your own and make it into a dinner party after the class.
Pasta Cooking Class + Dinner
1 hour, $175/Person, 2-12 People depending on space
Cooking class with chef Katie followed by a full dinner. Katie will cook the pasta you made together, prepare it with one of her homemade sauces, and set your table with your selected menu (3 options) before leaving you to enjoy your night with your friends.
Family-Style Catered Pasta Dinner Party
$150/Person, 4-20 People depending on space
Skip the class and just have a pasta party! Katie will bring everything for a fabulous pasta dinner party to your home. She will heat and serve the rest of the food family-style before leaving you to enjoy your evening with your friends. Includes a bouquet of fresh island flowers and optional wine paring. You can leave the serving dishes in the provided box on your stoop for Katie to pick up the next day. (Dish deposit required.)
Kids Class: Flour + Water = Pasta!
1 Hour, $200, up to 8 Kids ages 5+
Make your own pasta–learn about mixing, kneading, and shaping dough into fresh noodles to take home. Bring home a recipe to make sauce with your family and enjoy your very own pasta dinner.
